Eligibility
1. You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
2. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
3. Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible.
Process
1. Simply login to the “My Accounts” page and click “Request Return” or contact us at support@alhaqthobes.com within the 7-day window to initiate a return or exchange.
2. Wait for the return to be accepted
3. Send a Picture of the postage receipt to support@alhaqthobes.com

Refunds
1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection.
